How it works
Executive coaching engagements are available on a monthly retainer basis for ongoing work, or as a focused project engagement around a specific challenge or transition.
Every engagement starts with a discovery conversation — no pitch, no pressure. Just an honest discussion about where you are, where you want to go, and whether working together makes sense.
