This is not licensed EOS implementation. It's operational coaching for leadership teams who have chosen to run EOS® and want to execute it at a higher level.

Who this is for
Early-stage self-implementers — You've read Traction, you believe in the framework, and you want to run it internally. You'd value an experienced operator alongside you as you build the discipline — someone who has actually run this system inside real businesses, not just facilitated it.
Teams already running EOS® but hitting walls — You've been at it for a year or more, but something feels loose. The tools are there, the meetings are happening, but the traction isn't what you expected. You need an honest outside perspective and a plan to tighten execution.
Teams working with a licensed Implementor — A Professional EOS Implementor® leads structured quarterly sessions designed to teach and install the framework. That work is valuable. But a lot happens between those sessions — and that's exactly where I operate. I work inside your weekly and monthly cadence to reinforce execution, restore accountability, and make sure your Implementor's work sticks between major planning sessions.
How it works
Engagements are available as ongoing monthly operational coaching, or as a focused diagnostic and reset for teams that need to tighten execution.
